The Way of the Cross

What a true gift it has been for me to witness the experience of folks who have walked the Stations of the Cross as painted by Janet McKenzie, internationally known artist.  Reactions have included incredulity, as a woman discovered the message of transformation, as well as inspiration, as seeing the face of the scorned Jesus on Veronica’s cloth burnt into us the questions, what have we done? And am I grateful for this suffering God?

Pastor Ruby Carnes of Mt.
