This contemplative group moves to the second Saturday because of a scheduled private retreat. We will follow the House Gathering format of prayers, meditative music, and a reading from John Philip Newell’s book with listening in small groups. The reading this time will be from chapter 6, “Sacred Earth: John Muir,” and you are encouraged to read the chapter ahead of time. Extra copies of the book will be available for loan or purchase. Before or after the gathering, enjoy walking the new outdoor labyrinth. Bring your lunch, water bottle, and wear good walking shoes. Your RSVP is appreciated but not required.
