Our Gathering coincides with the Sturgeon Super Moon and will feature a Celtic feast, time for walking the labyrinth, sharing poetry, writing a group poem, free-writing, and a special guided meditation. Local spiritual/nature writer Louise Mitchell will lead the meditation and writing session, taking participants deeper into self-discovery and inspiration for writing. Louise has written and led meditations and spiritual workshops since 1992. Local poet Ray Griffin will facilitate the day. Register for this event by writing Debbie@mountainlightretreatva.com.
