Susan Bauer-Wu returns to offer a day of mindfulness. Enjoy her experienced leading as we sink in to guided meditation, silence, and reflection. This time of year can be overfull and overstimulating. This retreat is an opportunity to ground, reconnect with yourself and with nature, and to leave feeling renewed. Bring a bag lunch, water bottle, journal or notebook, blanket or shawl, and yoga or meditation mat (if you have), and wear good walking shoes.
